Heat pump with probe
This traditional heat pump is the most common used heat pump type in the world. The system is equipped one or more soil probes, recessed 80 – 100 m deep in to the soil.
The collector’s probes are filled with glycol mixture. The fluid drains heat from the soil and transfers it to the building. For ideal operation, the probes should be placed at least 7 meter from each other.
The building’s heating network could be wall- or floor heating or low temperature radiator network. Because of this, heat pump could be connected to a wide range of heating circuits, so all the converion work can be avoided and the traditional heating systems could be replaced.
For all Geotherm heat pump, there is a mounting option for household DHW heating and cooling as well.
The geothermal heat pump could be a solution for upgrading the heating system with outstanding event performance and low operating costs. Because of the insulation and vibration protection, the noise level is less than 60 dB.
